Today I’d like to introduce PES, who’s a stop motion moviemaker. PES creates great short films and commercials (for brands as Bacardi & Playstation) using households objects in ways no one would ever have come upon.
I learned about PES a couple of weeks ago when ordering my tickets for the OFFF Festival in Portugal. When going through the schedule and seeing which artists would be featured at the event my eyes fell on PES and his “Western Spaghetti”. The clip is cleverly built up around the use of different objects and together with the nice sound effects has become one of my favorite stop motion flicks.
As you can see I also added the latest commercial PES has made for Scrabble en a short clip called ‘Game Over’. I definitely recommend you also check out his other clips which you can find on his website as they are all worthwile.
