Connect…. Even when your life is f*cked.

Social media is about connectivity. We share our deepest thoughts on Facebook, Twitter, Netlog, … We connect with people in our workfield, and with our network on LinkedIn.

But what if today, you weren’t up for the job, you overslept and missed your exam, you fell on the day of your wedding on the floor and got a concussion,…  If today, everything went wrong and you’d like to share it with somebody. Now you can share this on fmylife.com

You can’t think off a situation or it probably happened to somebody. Some of them are extremely hilarious, others are just embarassing and sometimes you just feel for the person, because maybe the same thing once happened to you. It’s cool just because of this, because you can connect with people who’ve had an even worse day then yours or who will show you some sympathy by agreeing your life is f*cked. But watch out, people can also say, you’ve got it coming. Check the site or follow them on twitter.

Check it out and gives us your most favourite fmylife-quotes.
This is one that gave me a little smile, imagining how embarrassed this person felt after she fell.

In the meanwhile keep thinking out of the blog

  1. “A website in which every entry is composed by a 43 year old man in his mother’s basement, and people read them and believe it actually happened, when in reality, each scenario was just a fabricated anecdote with no variation, and whose prose is conveniently similar to EVERY OTHER GODDAMN ENTRY ON THE SITE. But what can you expect from a man with an extreme oedipal complex who has never seen the light of day.” makes you think…

  5. I must say this one can say her life is f*cked: “Today, I had sex with this guy i really like for the first time. After, we were laying in bed listening to music. When the song finished he leaned over and said, “You know what you and that song have in common?” I smiled and said, “What?” He replied with, “You just got played, get out of my bed.” FML” But maybe indeed it’s to horrible to be true. Don’t know.

  6. This one is hilarious: “Today, my car was in the shop so I borrowed my wife’s VW Beetle convertible. It’s really embarrassing because it’s a girlie car and it’s full of little stuffed animals. At a stop light a man asked me if I’d like to borrow one of his testicles because “every man should have at least one.” FML”
