Every once in a while a mail/invite finds its way to our inbox which is really worthwhile. This was the case last week as we received an invite for the Warner Fall Session in BXL this passed Monday. The Fall what? The Fall Session, a little event during which the people from Warner presented their upcoming fall releases (Phil Collins, Clapton, Mr Neil Young, Linkin Park, …), do some of their corporate chit chat, … You know how that goes 
Botanique was the venue and boy did they have a treat for us in line as Miss Janelle Monae, who you all know her from Tightrope and the impressive Cold War video, would drop by for a little secret showcase!
The room was filled with energy as soon as Janelle found her way to the stage. Hard to describe it all, not my trade, but the set she previously did for KCRW (above) might just give you a slight idea. Now we had already been listening to Janelle’s latest record, The ArchAndroid, on a regular basis (yes, OOTB can be considered a fan) and after witnessing her live we are totally sold out.
