[...] One-armed bandit It started off so well, with snowconditions no-one had seen/expected in ages (2-3m of fresh snow had fallen) and the most relaxed (right after Europe’s X-mas holidays) week of the year in Val Thorens lied ahead. The snowtrip we had been counting down to, talked about it non-stop, checking snow conditions on a daily basis, new board & bindings, … determined it would become this winter’s highlight … but it ended with a broken shoulder after one of the most ridiculous falls in history :( I mean, I could attempt to tell you I was attempting a spectacular jump, but that just ain’t the case Damn you snow!!!
