Andrew Vassallo
A native of Malta, Andrew discovered advertising & marketing where a real passion for him early in life. Throughout the years this has become an addiction for him together with music, sneakers, street art and other elements of youth culture.
With a BA in marketing & a MA in communication sciences in his pocket he started a short but successful run for Trendwolves back in 2008 as a European youth trend hunter/coolhunter and consultant, where he provided Trendwolves’ clients with strategic direction and insights.
In november 2009 he joined the people over at Adhese/Doggybites to reïnforce Enchanté, a blognetwork consisting of the most influential Belgian bloggers. At Enchanté Andrew establishes the link between brands/products and the right blogger(s) by offering various blogvertsing services, triggering the online dialogue which companies/brands are looking for in order to build a strong relationship with the blogosphere.
When blogging you’ll find Andrew on the intersection between marketing and youth culture & trends. He’ll continually try to keep his ear to the streets in his quest for insights and knowledge concerning youth culture, communications and media.

Gert Maes
Originally a historian, Gert Maes found his way into social media and marketing later on in life.
After having written a dissertation on suicide in psychiatry in the 19th century, he oriented himself in another direction. Although history is still remains an interest of his, this young graduate and digital native found himself a job over at HP.
Passionate about sales, marketing, word of mouth, branding, social media, employer branding, community behaviour, technology, human interaction, creativity, innovation and how this all mixes together, Gert hopes to inspire and make people think out of the box, but also ‘out of the blog’. An asset for us altogether.
Kenneth Cools
Kenneth has been a friend of ours ever since high school. As a young and talented artist we immediately contacted him after having started Out of the Blog. We simply had to ask him to design our logo. He immediately generated several ideas for us, which he is now about to finish. Since he’s also a blogger we also gave him a spot overhere.
